This article analyzes the fourth stage of investment cooperation between Uzbekistan and Japan covering the period of 2020–2025. It examines sustainable economic growth and the development of joint projects in digital economy, energy, and infrastructure sectors. The study highlights the continued interest of Japanese investors in Uzbekistan despite the pandemic and global economic downturn. It evaluates the role of public-private partnership mechanisms and international financial institutions. The article also substantiates the strategic importance and future prospects of this cooperation.
