RISE

RISE is a comprehensive repository of RNA-RNA interactions. The interactions mainly come from recent transcriptome-wide sequencing-based experiments like PARIS, SPLASH, LIGRseq, and MARIO, and targeted studies like RIAseq, RAP-RNA, and CLASH. RISE also includes interactions aggregated from other (primary) databases and publications. It currently contains 328,811 RNA-RNA interactions mainly in three species, and features 292,850 interactions involving messenger and long non-coding RNAs.RISE是一款综合性的RNA-RNA互作数据库。其收录的互作数据主要来源于近期基于全转录组测序的相关实验（如PARIS、SPLASH、LIGRseq、MARIO）以及靶向研究（如RIAseq、RAP-RNA、CLASH）。RISE同时整合了来自其他一级数据库及已发表文献的RNA-RNA互作数据。目前该数据库共包含328,811条RNA-RNA互作记录，主要覆盖三个物种；其中涵盖292,850条涉及信使RNA（messenger RNA）与长链非编码RNA（long non-coding RNA）的互作数据。
