PacBio and Illumina Transcriptome Sequencing of Viscum album. Viscum album Transcriptome Sequencing

Samples of Viscum album leaves, stems and buds were harvested in summer and winter. The samples of leaves, stems and buds were pooled into a summer and a winter sample. Subsequently the RNA was isolated of the summer and winter sample. For the PacBio sequencing, the winter and summer sample were pooled. Illumina sequencing was performed on the summer and winter sample separately.
