GMP-MoPs display mixed gene expression profiles of both neutrophil and monocyte progenitors [RNAseq mouse]

This analysis was performed to visualize the distinction between GMP-MoPs and other monocyte and neutrophil progenitors. Transcription factors differentially expressed between GMP-MoPs and cMoPs were selected.
