Flagellum length, basal body migration and positioning in binucleated cells

Flagellum length was measured using Mab25 staining for the IFT20RNAi cell lines and using phase contrast image of the flagellum on detergent extracted cells for all other cell lines. As MAb25 does not stain the transition zone, this implies that these measurements are shorter of about 2 µm. A minimum of 100 cells was measured as described in material & methods.
