资源简介:
These scripts and datasets accompany the article Accessible and thorough magnetic field mapping of TEMs using a commercial Hall-sensor and TEM automation for in situ magnetic experiments by Sivert Dagenborg et. al in Micron (doi: 10.1016/j.micron.2025.103877). See this paper for the full description of how the measurements were carried out.
The scripts and data are divided into three parts: data acquisition, sensor calibration and TEM measurement plotting. These rely on common Python packages such as numpy (2.1.3), matplotlib (3.10.0), pandas (2.3.1) and scipy (1.15.1). The versions in parentheses are the ones the sensor calibration and TEM measurements plotting were performed with.
Data acquisition
The data acquisition scripts are the scripts that were run during sensor calibration and TEM measurements. These are found in the acquisition_scripts.zip archive. These are not thoroughly tested or robust. Instead, they re provided as-is with no guarantees. Use these at your own risk and discretion.
The scripts use the Python package pyMeasure (PyMeasure Developers. PyMeasure (Version 0.15.0) [Computer software]. doi: 10.5281/zenodo.595633) to control and save the Keithley 2450 Source Measure Unit measurements. In the TEM measurements, TEM automation is used when available through the package Python package Instamatic (Smeets, S., Wang, B., Hogenbirk, E., Rainer, D., & Tchoń, D. M. (2021). Instamatic (Version 2.1.1) [Computer software]. doi: 10.5281/zenodo.1090388).
Sensor calibration
This is done by running the Python notebook sensor_calibration.ipynb. It takes the calibration measurements from the measurements.zip folder and calibrates the Hall-sensor response to the applied magnetic field.
TEM measurement plotting
This is done by running the notebook plot_TEM_measurements.ipynb. It processes and plots the measurement data in measurements.zip to the format seen in the article. A substantial amount of unused data is also present.
