Non-Canonical Hedgehog Signaling Mediates Profibrotic Hematopoiesis-Stroma Crosstalk in Myeloproliferative Neoplasms

We provide results regarding the bioinformatic analysis of scRNA-seq from bone marrow fibrosis mouse models. This includes final processed scRNA-seq data containing QC information, dimensionality reduction, and annotation of cell types.
