Transcriptome sequencing of "Sensation" mango from Hainan, China

Full-length transcriptome sequencing of mixed tissues (pulp, peel, and leaf) from "Sensation" mango (Mangifera indica L.) grown in Dongfang, Hainan Province, China, was performed using the PacBio Sequel III platform. Comparative transcriptome analysis of ethylene-treated and control samples during postharvest ripening was conducted using Illumina short-read sequencing. Additionally, Illumina short-read data were employed for error correction of the PacBio Sequel III reads. These genomic resources will facilitate future investigations into differential gene expression and functional gene identification in mango.
