Apis cerana Simulation Data

Simulation data that models an invasive social insect population with a sex locus moving along a single spatial dimension. Each colony is treated as an individual, listing (for each generation) a colonies spatial position, queens sex alleles, queens mates sex alleles and resultant fitness. This is parameterized and compared to simulations in which the modeled alleles have now impact on fitness.
