区域（县市区）中小学校校长每学年岗位能力胜任度综合评价1、根据国家校长评价标准要求，对区域中小学校校长（含副校长）师德素养、管理业绩、教学工作等关键指标进行收集统计和系统计算，最终得出考核期间各校长履职情况的综合评价分值和等级。2、算法规则：（1）师德素养：坚持社会主义办学方向；履行职业道德规范等。如有师德问题的，酌情扣分；受到警告及以上处分，不得分。（2）管理业绩：当期考核优秀、良好、合格、基本合格，分别得60、55、50、40分。（3）教学工作：每学期听课不少于20节，不兼课的校长听课不少于40节，少听一节扣0.2分。（4）科研成果：根据个人在著作、课题、论文、公开课、赛课、技能比赛方面给予赋分。获县一、二、三等奖，得2、1、0.5分，获市一、二、三等奖，得3、2、1分，获省级及以上一、二、三等奖，得4、3、2分。（5）满意度：由教师、局机关进行满意度测评，测评结果各计5分。得分＝权重*满意率。（6）突出结果：受到政府或教育部门表彰的，校长及分管副校长分别得2、4、6分。（最高10分）3、每位校长的最终评价等级，按照系统综合评分规则，最终加权计算分值90分以上认定为优秀，70-90分为良好，60-70为及格，60分以下认定为不及格。Comprehensive Evaluation of Post Competence for Primary and Secondary School Principals (including Vice Principals) in a Region (County-level Districts/Cities) per Academic Year 1.
