Daily 3D Temperature and Salinity Reconstruction Dataset for the Northwest Pacific from Remote Sensing with Explainable AI

This dataset provides daily three-dimensional temperature and salinity reconstruction results for the Northwest Pacific. It supports the manuscript "Towards accurate daily 3D temperature and salinity reconstruction from remote sensing enhanced by explainable AI". The dataset includes six NetCDF files. Case 0 to Case 4 represent sensitivity experiments using different combinations of remote-sensing and auxiliary input features. Case 4-G is an additional experiment based on Case 4, in which satellite-derived sea surface salinity is replaced by GLORYS salinity. The spatial domain covers 105.0°E to 160.0°E and 0.0°N to 40.0°N, with a horizontal resolution of 0.25° × 0.25°. The dataset contains 19 depth levels from approximately 5.14 m to 1045.85 m.
