Derived coupling metrics and analysis code for: Greening under stress — Hydroclimatic controls on SIF-drought coupling across the Hindu Kush Himalaya

This dataset contains pixel-wise derived vegetation-drought coupling metrics (SIF-SPEI coupling coefficient R_d, optimal drought-response timescale TSd, bootstrap stability, spatial confidence classification, and SIF trends) and analysis code (Jupyter notebooks for spatial partial regression, bootstrap sensitivity analysis, and figure production) supporting the manuscript "Greening under stress: Hydroclimatic controls on SIF-drought coupling across the Hindu Kush Himalaya" (JGR: Biogeosciences).
