Genome-wide screeing of m6A-modified trancript in the Wilms’ tumor and adjacent normal tissue The immunoprecipitated RNA samples from adjacent non-cancerous tissue samples (n =3)and Wilms’ tumor groups (n = 5) were labeled with Cy5 fluorescent dye using Super RNA Labeling Kit (Arraystar) and purified using RNeasy Mini Kit. Cy5 labeled cRNAs were fragmented and hybridized to a mouse m6A epitranscriptomic microarray (8×60K, Arraystar) that contained 44,122 mRNA degenerate probes. The hybridized arrays were scanned using an Agilent Scanner G2505C.
