Determine the direct effects of chromatin remodeler on transcription using inducible protein degradation combined with nascent transcriptomics. Nascent RNA transcription measured by PRO-seq upon AID-mediated depletion of chromatin remodelers. All cell lines have OsTir1 expression from the Act5c locus, and AID tagged gene indicated in genotype. All experiments were performed in 2 biological replicates.
