Sequencing of the mock samples amplifying with primers targeting different 16S regions

In this study, through computational and experimental evaluations, we have derived novel insights on how methodology influenced the classification of vaginal microbiota NGS data and have established a pipeline that achieved high resolution on vaginal microbiota at the species level.
