The 2023 Annual Hainan Vitality Index Report was jointly compiled by the Hainan Aerospace Technology Innovation Center, China Sciences Satellite (Hainan) Information Technology Co., Ltd., China Telecom Co., Ltd. Hainan Branch, and Hainan University. The report calculates multiple types of indices for Hainan's "Three Poles, One Belt, One Zone" based on multi-source remote sensing data, mobile communication data, ship AIS (Automatic Identification System) data and other sources, covering fields such as infrastructure, ports, ecology, tourism, population and others, and conducts analysis and verification on the index results.
