From plasma, a total of 200 gag-p24 sequences from 16 time points and 155 env-gp120 sequences form 14 time points were obtained [14], [20], [34].cGagE177G was observed in 5 sequences obtained from 4 time points. EnvF233S was observed in 2 sequences obtained from 2 time points. EnvL226I was fixed (100% in sequenced plasma viral genomes) since 344 DPS [14], [20], [34].
