An archaeological evaluation was undertaken by Cotswold Archaeology in November 2014 at Kenniford Farm, Clyst St George, Devon. Seven trenches were excavated. Field boundary ditches and a pond, all identifiable on the 1839 Tithe Map of Clyst St George and which survived until the compilation of late 20th-century cartographic sources, were recorded during the evaluation.
