Transcriptome of medaka ovaries from wild type and a mutant of the methylosome protein 50

This is the transcriptome data of medaka ovaries from wild type and a mutan of the methylosome protein 50 (mep50) . The samples include three wild type and three mep50 mutant samples. The mep50 mutant was a 22-bp deletion in the open reading frame of mep50 gene established by CRISPR/Cas9 technology.
