Binding of CaM to CAMK2 displaces the autoinhibitory loop from the active site and allows CAMK2 to autophosphorylate T286, resulting in CAMK2 activation (reveiwed in Stratton et al, 2013).
钙调蛋白（CaM）与钙/钙调蛋白激酶II型（CAMK2）的结合，使自抑制环从活性位点移位，进而允许CAMK2在T286位点进行自磷酸化，导致CAMK2的激活（参见Stratton等，2013年的综述）。
