Effect of biostimulants on the biodiversity of the microbiota of the rhizosphere of hemp (Cannabis sativa L.) grown on metal-contaminated soil

The aim of the experiment was to check whether the cultivation of hemp and the use of biostimulants (humic acids and a combination of humic acids and endomycorrhizal fungi: Glomus spp.) affected the change in the abundance, microbiota functional activity and diversity of the rhizosphere soil microbiota of hemp (Cannabis sativa L.) grown in a heavy metal contaminated field neighbouring to metalliferous waste deposit on soil with heterogenous and significantly exceeded concentration of metals.
