中国各地区气候变化与人口健康共享数据库（2002-2020）

全球气候变化导致极端天气气候事件频发，会通过直接或间接的路径影响人群健康，且产生广泛而复杂的影响。依据气候变化对人群健康的影响，该数据库主要死亡、发病、传染病以及医疗卫生资源四个维度的信息，具体指标如下：各地区人口死亡率、调查地区5岁以下儿童死亡率、监测地区孕产妇主要疾病死亡率、调查地区慢病患病率、各地区医疗卫生机构门急诊人次数及急诊病死率、各地区甲乙类传染病发病率（病毒性肝炎、麻疹、痢疾、登革热、出血热）、各地区医疗卫生机构数、各地区医疗卫生床位数。

Global climate change has led to the growing frequency of extreme weather and climate events, which affect public health through direct or indirect pathways and exert extensive and complex impacts. Based on the health impacts of climate change, this database collects information from four dimensions: mortality, morbidity, infectious diseases, and healthcare resources. The specific indicators are as follows: crude mortality rate by region; under-5 mortality rate in surveyed regions; mortality rate of pregnant and postpartum women due to major diseases in monitored regions; prevalence of chronic diseases in surveyed regions; number of outpatient and emergency visits and emergency case fatality rate at medical and health institutions across regions; incidence rate of Class A and B infectious diseases (viral hepatitis, measles, dysentery, dengue fever, hemorrhagic fever) across regions; number of medical and health institutions across regions; number of hospital beds in medical and health institutions across regions.
