中国食物成分数据库是一个详细描述农作物、水产类、畜禽肉类等基本食物品质和营养成分含量的重要公共卫生数据资源。该数据库收录了1506条食物的31项营养成分数据，657条食物的18种氨基酸数据，441条食物的32种脂肪酸数据，以及130条食物的碘数据等。它是我国制定营养政策、开展食品贸易和进行营养健康教育的基础，兼具学术、经济和社会价值。The Chinese Food Composition Database is a critical public health data resource that comprehensively details the quality and nutrient contents of basic foods including crops, aquatic products, livestock and poultry meat. This database contains data on 31 nutrients for 1506 food items, data on 18 amino acids for 657 food items, data on 32 fatty acids for 441 food items, and iodine content data for 130 food items, among others. It serves as the foundation for formulating nutrition policies, conducting food trade and carrying out nutrition health education in China, and has academic, economic and social values.
