[TRUMPET] HNC Use Case

The dataset refers to a retrospective cohort of 91 Head and Neck Cancer (HNC) patients treated with intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT). It integrates heterogeneous real-world clinical data, including radiotherapy treatment planning information (dose–volume histograms), treatment delivery records, demographic and clinical risk factors extracted from electronic health records, and late toxicities assessed during follow-up visits according to the Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events (CTCAE) grading scale (0–5).

As it is based on retrospective real-world data, completeness may vary across variables, with some missing or partially recorded information reflecting routine clinical practice and follow-up heterogeneity.

The dataset has been used within the framework of the European Union project TRUstworthy Multi-site Privacy Enhancing Technologies (TRUMPET) as a clinical use case to evaluate privacy-preserving, multi-site data analysis workflows applied to radiotherapy toxicity modeling.
