This dataset contains simulation results for verifying the derived bit error rate (BER) expression and optimal power allocation factors in downlink NOMA systems over Rician fading channels. The data includes:1. **Numerical simulations** of the integral BER expression (Eq.15) 2. **Monte Carlo simulations** with 10^6 iterations3. **Optimal \u03b1 vs. \u03c1\u2082 curves** (Eq.21 verification)Parameters:- Rician factor K = 10 - Scattering component \u03c3 = 1- Ps\/N\u2080 ranges: 0-30 dB (BER comparison), 15\/20 dB (\u03b1 optimization)- Three (\u03b1, \u03c1\u2082) sets: (0.05,0.1), (0.25,0.9), (0.15,0.3)The data is structured as MATLAB .mat files containing:- Fig3.BER.mat: BER values for all parameter combinations- SNR20_meng.mat: Monte Carlo simulation results at SNR=20dB- SNR15_meng.mat: Monte Carlo simulation results at SNR=15dBThis dataset enables reproducibility of Figs. 3-4 in the associated manuscript and facilitates further research on NOMA power allocation under Rician fading.
