Mobile Wallets in Jordan

The data was collected for a study to examine the critical success factors of the post-adoption stage of mobile wallets by consumers in Jordan. The data was collected from 578 mobile wallet users in Jordan using a questionnaire. The data was collected between May 1,2021 to June 1, 2021. The first part of the questionnaire sought demographic information about participants including age and gender. The second part of the questionnaire sought data about the following factors Perceived ease of use (PEOU), Perceived usefulness (PU), Subjective norm (SN), Intention to continuance use (ITCU), Perceived risk (Risk), Perceived security (Security), Perceived trust (Trust), and Ubiquity. All constructs were operationalized using validated items from prior research . All the constructs were operationalized using a 5-point Likert scale from 1 (“strongly disagree”) to 5 (“strongly agree”).
