Hi-C for a Japan Sea stickleback (Gasterosteus nipponicus) and a Japanese Pacific Ocean lineage of the three-spined stickleback (Gasterosteus aculeatus)

Hi-C for a Japan Sea stickleback (Gasterosteus nipponicus) and a Japanese Pacific Ocean lineage of the three-spined stickleback (Gasterosteus aculeatus) was conducted. We used trunck muscle tissue of female individuals for both species. The libraries were prepared by the iconHi-C method with DpnII and HinfI restriction enzymes (Kadota et al. 2020, GigaScience).
