RNA-seq of Ficus carica leaf and protoplasts. Ficus carica cultivar:Sabrutsiya Rozovaya

RNA-seq analysis was conducted using RNA samples isolated from in vitro cultured microshoots of Ficus carica cultivar 'Sabrutsiya Rozovaya' from Nikita Botanical Gardens fig trees collection to retrieve changes in genes expression pattern during protoplast isolation from fig leaves. Total RNA was isolated using the standard Nucleospin RNA Plant protocol (Macherey-Nagel, Germany). Sequencing was conducted on Illumina NextSeq 500 by NextSeq 500 Mid Output v2 Kit (150 cycles) according to standard protocols with 150 bp in the forward direction.
