Analysis of streptococcus gordonii DL1 under acidic conditions using RNA-seq

Previous studies have shown that streptococcus gordonii DL1 survives in acidic environments. Streptococcus mutans, which is also known to be involved in survival in acidic environments, has been reported on genes and pathways involved in survival in acidic environments, while streptococcus gordonii DL1 is a gene involved in survival in acidic environments. and pathways have not yet been reported. Therefore, we used RNA-seq to identify the genes and pathways that upregulate the expression of streptococcus gordonii DL1 in an acidic environment.
