Decoding functional haematopoietic progenitor cells in the adult human lung

Comparative transcriptomic profiling of pulmonary and medullary CD34+ haematopoietic progenitor was performed to reveal shared and organ-specific gene signatures. Overall design: Lin-CD34+ HSPCs were sorted from matched human lung and bone marrow and subjected to single-cell RNA sequencing.
