Correlation between clinico-pathologic parameters and RANK expression in 93 patients with IDC or ILC.

Clinico-molecular characteristics of patients included in our independent series of 93 primary breast cancer specimens used to perform RANK IHC. RANK positivity is associated with lymph nodes involvement (P = 0.05). RANK-positive patients show a significantly higher risk to develop skeletal metastases (P = 0.023). The association between variables was performed using the chi square test.
