This repository contains the QSP platform for metastatic TNBC developed by the Popel Systems Biology Laboratory. https://popellab.johnshopkins.edu/. This QSP model is an extension of the QSPIO-TNBC model (https://github.com/HanwenWang95/QSPIO-TNBC) with metastatic tumors.
