Study of genomic distribution of RNA polymerase in Drosophila melanogaster Myb mutant wing discs of 3rd instar larvae compared to control animals. RNA polymerase was immunoprecipitated from wing imaginal discs from Myb mutant and control 3rd instar larvae. Each genotype was represented with two biological replicates.
