C57BL/6 mice were immunized with 2 doses of inactivated COVID vaccines, followed by a homologous booster with inactivated vaccine, or a heterologous booster with adenoviral vectored vaccine. 7 days after booster, Spike specific CD19+IgD-IgM- memory B cells were sorted and subjected to BCR sequencing.
