The ceRNA Network in the Spleen of Chinese Soft-Shelled Turtle (Pelodiscus sinensis) responding to Aeromonas hydrophila Infection

This project comprehensively utilized the biochemical, histological techniques, transcriptome, and metabolome to reveal the influence of cold stress on the hepatic health of Chinese soft-shelled turtle. The study can promote to further describe the injury mechanism of turtles induced by acute cold stress, and provide a scientific basis for the breeding of cold- resistant Chinese soft-shelled turtle for aquaculture.
