All-Bones Marker Deformation Measurement Dataset

This dataset contains the raw images, processed marker-pair deformation results, quality-control outputs, and descriptive statistics for a photogrammetric marker-based deformation measurement study on five ex vivo bone specimens (Bone 1–Bone 5) under bending and compression loading. Deformation was measured using paired green fiducial markers tracked across loaded and unloaded image series with the marker-based-deformation-measurement software (HSV-based marker detection, dark-line-cluster center refinement, and rigid ECC image alignment). Each loading series includes a stabilization trial (Trial 0, excluded from statistics) followed by three working trials (Trials 1–3) used to compute mean displacements and 95% confidence intervals. The archive includes: 324 raw source images (byte-identical to the original acquisition images) 27 marker-pair measurement tables (564 image rows total) 564 debug/annotated images documenting marker detection and alignment quality 27 per-pair deformation plots 10 bending alignment manifests A combined descriptive-statistics table (282 rows) with per-trial and confidence-interval summaries Processing configuration files, an automated validation report, and a file-level SHA-256 manifest for provenance and reproducibility No finite-element data or manuscript files are included.
