Ermin loss a model of 'inside-out' inflammatory white matter disorders

Ermin is an actin-binding protein found almost exclusively in central nervous system (CNS) as a minor component of myelin sheaths. Here, we looked at the transcriptional differences due to the loss of Ermin (both heterozygous and homozygous) in the mouse corpus callosum.
