A large outbreak of multiple Salmonella serovars linked to alfalfa sprouts in Norway, October to December 2024 – food and production environment isolates. NVI_Salmonella outbreak 2024

The collection consist of seven Salmonella strains isolated during the investigation of Salmonella outbreak in Norway, October to December 2024. The samples analysed were sealed packages, opened packages and swabs from the production environment in the production facilities. The serotypes Salmonella Newport, Salmonella Kinondoni, Salmonella Kisarawe and Salmonella Kotte were found in the samples.
