Amino acid Carbon and Nitrogen stable isotope data supporting the paper "<strong>Porpoise bone collagen as an indicator of North Sea ecosystem changes during the past 170 years"</strong> Bulk nitrogen stable isotope and amino acid nitrogen values for proline and lysine and amino acid carbon values for the essential amino acids phenylalanine, valine, leucine, isoleucine, and threonine. These samples are from bone collagen from 1850 to 2019 from Phocoena phoceona in the North Sea.

本数据集为论文《鼠海豚骨胶原作为过去170年北海生态系统变化的指示物》提供支撑数据，包含两类同位素测定结果：一是脯氨酸（proline）与赖氨酸（lysine）的全氮稳定同位素（stable isotope）值及氨基酸氮同位素值；二是必需氨基酸苯丙氨酸（phenylalanine）、缬氨酸（valine）、亮氨酸（leucine）、异亮氨酸（isoleucine）与苏氨酸（threonine）的氨基酸碳同位素值。本次研究的样本取自1850年至2019年间采集的北海港湾鼠海豚（Phocoena phoceona）骨胶原。
