Data and code for: Large-Scale Maps of Altered Cortical Dynamics in Early-Stage Psychosis Are Related to GABAergic and Glutamatergic Neurotransmission

This repository contains: 

1. Raw MEG resting state data of a pharmacological experiment, which include the administration of lorazepam, memantine or placebo. Info_filewise.xlsx contains a list with file name, session number and drug. See README file for more information. 

2. Power spectral density (PSD) and the fitted FOOOF models of the above-mentioned raw data, for each parcel in the anatomical atlas by Glasser et al., 2016. 

3. Two sets of six dynamics parameters, one for the pharmacological experiment and one of a clinical dataset. The latter contains 191 participants: 32 patients with first episode psychosis, 114 participants with clinical high risk for psychosis, and 45 healthy controls.
