we present the PEPtidomics Protein Isoform Database, a comprehensive database of computationally-synthesized human peptides that can identify protein isoforms derived from either alternatively spliced mRNA transcripts or SNP variations.本研究构建并介绍了肽组学蛋白质异构体数据库（PEPtidomics Protein Isoform Database），该数据库是一款收录经计算合成人类肽段的综合性资源库，可用于识别由可变剪接mRNA转录本或单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphism, SNP）变异所衍生的蛋白质异构体。
