Anoectochilus roxburghii 65 transcriptome data

Anoectochilus roxburghii (Wall.) Lindl is a plant species of the genus Erythrodes in the Orchidaceae family, which is known for its cooling and detoxifying properties, as well as its ability to relieve wind and dampness, eliminate toxins, alleviate pain, and suppress coughing. This project utilized a high-throughput sequencing platform to conduct transcriptome sequencing of the stems and leaves of A65, which had a growth cycle of 6 months. Four samples of leaves and stems were used for this study.
