Arabidopsis thaliana transcriptome for platform comparison

In general, Arabidopsis seeds (Col-0 background) were surface-sterilized with 20% bleach for 30 min followed by four washes with distilled water. Subsequently, sterilized seeds were sown on Murashige and Skoog (MS) plates [31] supplemented with 0.8-1.0% (w/v) agar and 1.5% (w/v) sucrose. Plates were then incubated under 16 h light (23°C)/8 h dark (21°C) cycles after two days stratification. Twelve-day-old seedlings were treated with DMSO control or 50 µM ABA for 6 h and seedlings were harvested and subjected to further transcriptomic analysis.
