This series includes the papers of the meetings of the joint board established under the Networks NSW shared group management model as part of the NSW Government's program of reform of its electricity networks. Networks NSW comprised the three distribution network service providers (DNSPs): Ausgrid, Endeavour Energy and Essential Energy, and was designed to deliver efficiencies and cost savings across these businesses.Included in the papers are agendas, minutes, correspondence and reports. There are also papers of the joint board's three sub-committees: Safety, Human Resources and Environment; Audit and Risk; and Nominations.Although the Networks NSW arrangements ceased at the end of 2015, the records include papers of Concurrent Special Meetings of the Board of Directors of the three DNSPs, which were held on 3 and 30 March and 20 April 2016 to consider the recent decision of the Australian Competition Tribunal regarding the merit review applications brought by the three businesses in relation to decisions of the Australian Energy Regulator.
