IMPROVEMENT OF MECHANISMS FOR OPTIMIZING BUDGET EXPENDITURES AND ENSURING ECONOMIC GROWTH IN UZBEKISTAN

This article examines mechanisms for optimizing public budget expenditures and ensuring economic growth in Uzbekistan. The study analyzes the structure and dynamics of government budget expenditures, their impact on economic growth, and the efficiency of public financial resource utilization. The importance of performance-based budget planning, reducing inefficient expenditures, improving the efficiency of investment spending, and digitalizing the budget process is substantiated. The findings indicate that budget expenditure optimization should not be limited to mechanical expenditure reductions; rather, available financial resources should be reallocated toward areas that generate higher economic and social returns. The study also develops scientific and practical recommendations aimed at improving the efficiency of budget resource utilization and stimulating sustainable economic growth.
