Grobal gene expression of fibroblast populated collagen gel models. Homo sapiens

This project aims to analyze changes in gene expression over time in exhaustive collagen gels that have been embedded with fibroblasts as a model of scar contraction.To investigate the effects of conditioned medium from adipose derived mesenchymal stem cells(ASC-CM) on scar contraction, changes in gene expression over time have also been investigated in this study by treating scar contracture models with ASC-CM.
