CAC Target Areas

Community Amenity Contribution (CAC) Target areas are voluntary contributions toward public benefits that are provided by applicants as in-kind or cash contributions when Council grants additional development rights through the enactment of rezonings. CAC Targets are used when rezoning applications meet the locational and eligibility criteria established by the City.

社区便民设施贡献（Community Amenity Contribution）目标项，指申请人在市政府通过颁布区划调整方案授予额外开发权时，以实物或现金形式向公共福利提供的自愿贡献。当区划调整申请符合市政府制定的区位与资格标准时，即可适用该CAC目标项。
