Deep-sea infaunal communities in the south-eastern Levantine basin, spatial and temporal dimensions

Identifying meiofaunal and macrofaunal ASVs from mud core smaples collected between a depth range of 36-1420 m depth along the Mediterranean coast of Israel, between October 2022-March 2023 using a 18S-V4 barcode.
