The aim of the European Marie-Curie project Love-To-Hate was to assess the ecotoxicological impact of pesticides on soil microbial community. This study assessed the impact of repeated pesticide treatments (chlorpyrifos, tebuconazole) on the bacterial diversity in soil microcosms. 16S rDNA sequences were amplified and sequenced by Illumina MiSeq.
