The objective of this study was to determine the impact of the Y65C mutation on post-transcriptional regulation in the developing mouse cortex. We collected cortical tissues from wild-type (WT) and Y65C mutant embryos at embryonic day 12.5 (E12.5). mRNA was then extracted and subjected to RNA sequencing (RNA-seq). The subsequent data analysis specifically focused on identifying dysregulated alternative splicing events and changes in alternative polyadenylation (APA) sites.
